.:Litar Kawalan Motor Menggunakan Relay:.

       Dalam post pada hari minggu yang penuh kesibukan ini saya akan tunjukkan kepada para pelajar-pelajar yang masih tercari-cari litar kawalan motor forward and reverse. Saya percaya ramai lagi para pelajar yang masih dalam dilema dalam menyiapkan projek mini robocom. Bagi pelajar yang tidak menggunakan micropengawal antara litar alternatif untuk mengawal sesebuah motor ialah dengan menggunakan relay. Litar yang saya tunjukkan ini adalah litar kawalan motor jenis power window, menggunakan relay SPDT Songle 12V, 10A.
Contoh litar kawalan motor mengunakan relay

Disini saya tidak akan terangkan apakah kepentingan setiap komponen dan operasi litar tersebut. Diharapkan para pelajar dapat mencari sendiri jawapannya. Dibawah adalah senarai komponen yang saya gunakan:

Vcc tu voltage untuk trigger coil dalam relay tu, dan buat contactor connect... mmg kena sambung pada bateri pun... tapi tgk spec relay tu, cth: relay 5V, 10A, maknanya 5V tu Vcc dia... kalau macam litar kat atas tu, katakan relay adalah 12V, 10A, dan motor yang nak di drive juga 12V, bleh aje kalau nak kongsi bateri. sori lambat reply... busy skit...harap membantu...

  4. kalau motor tu require besar amp current....contohnya 13 ke 30...? relay yg sesuai..? mungkin dari segi bekalan itu kita boleh atasi dengan sambung bateri kan....voltan kita tetap sama 12 volt...justn high kan current je...

  5. erm..susah juga nak explain ni...kalau guna motor yang tinggi watt nya, maknanya kena guna relay yang spec nya lebih besar la... kalau guna bateri tu, kalau nak amp besar, bateri kereta pun boleh, kalau x silap saya 12V 24AH... ke lebih bnesar dari tu...x pasti..
    **kalau student saya sendiri kalau nal lebih faham better jumpa saya la..senang saya nak explain lebih detail

  9. kalau nak buat forward reverse mmg boleh la...tapi kalau nak apply pada buaian x pasti sama ada praktikal ataupun tidak... saya sendiri pun tidak pasti.sbb rasanya macam problem nanti dengan sistem mekanik dan dynamiknya...tak brani nak explain lanjut, sbb saya sendiri kurang arif..sorry. terima kasih bertanya, sbb ia juga merupakan ilmu buat saya.

  10. hye, encik, nie nak minta tolong encik sangat-sangat nie, sekarang nie kami ada masalah dengan litar motor kami, litar kawalan motor driver yang menggunakan relay. sekarang nie, ada masalah macam mana kami nak connect dengan PIC. sebab litar yg kami buat itu relay yg di trigger dengan push button, nak tukar tu dari push button kepada output dari PIC macam mana itu....? maybe encik boleh email kepada saya, respon ngan soalan sy nie. andric89Fo0@yahoo.com

  11. encik, sy mahu minta tolong sgt nie, mcm mana kami nak sambung litar motor nie kepada PIC...? bila kami buat kat PIC, nak sambung dari output PIC kami blur....sebab nie guna push button utk trigger relay. mcm mana kalau trigger dari PIC...connection tu kami tak tahu nak sambung wayar.

  19. brapa arus maksimum bagi power window kereta kancil saya sendiri tak tahu sbenarnya, x pernah buat uji kaji. setakat yang saya tahu, jumlah arus yang mengalir adalah mengikut bebanan yang motor tersebut terpaksa tanggung. semakin besar bebanan, semakin tinggi arus akan mengalir, sebab tu bila motor over load, motor tu akan meletop/rosak disebabkan arus yang mengalir melebihi had. kalau nak tahu maksimum current tu kena rujuk data sheet produk tersebut.

  86. salam... encik, macam mana nak control speed utk power window? selain menggunakan potentiometer. saya nak buat machine autonomous; a'bila load pada motor berubah, speed pun akan berubah. (maaf, saya xfaham apa beza motor utk power window dgn motor dc biasa y digunakan dlm robotik.

  88. salam encik..mohon bantuan..saya mengalami masalah nak tukar alarm clock 1.5v jd vibrate clock..vibrate tu macam motor juga kan ..nak voltan besar..macam mana sy nak modified alarm clock yg guna 1.5v jadi vibrate clock yang boleh bervoltan tinggi..

  89. salam encik, berdasarkan litar di atas, boleh tak Vcc dan bateri tu diganti dengan voltan supply 240V? means nnt voltage regulator tu akan convert ke 12v. boleh tak? mohon bantu saya, saya pun masih belajar benda benda macam ni.
